Reflection
This was my yoga class with Kim & Rick. This class was about the true meaning of relaxation and meditation. My favorite part of this class was doing corpse pose, streching, and doing the different breathing techniques. It allowed me to go to a different place and become oblivious to everything else that is going on in that moment. I also really liked our wreck journal days. We had journals where we had to do different things in it like throw it off the roof, take it for a walk, color a whole page, etc. There was not one thing I didn't enjoy from this class. All together this class was wonderful. I learned plenty of relaxation methods to help me get through this year at school. I wouldn't expect anything else from this class it was very nice. I would most deffinatley take this class again.
